Class Act Promotions was established in 2005, with the purpose of bringing the unique serenading style from the Indian Ocean and Caribbean resorts to Ireland. It was on honeymoon that we discovered the easy listening style of performances by the various acts who were all from the Philippines. We engaged the services of three musicians and set them up as Tropical Storm to perform a style we wanted to suit our potential clientelle. This style of performance instantly became a huge hit, captivating a wide range of audiences. It proved so popular that year we engaged a further four musicians re-arranged them with some of the existing musicians of Tropical Storm and invented a new fresher act Manila Strings.

The acts cater for every type of event from Private Parties, Weddings and Corporate Events including the likes of “Electric Picnic (VIP chill out room), RDS Horse Show, Paddy Powers Poker Classic, Banbridge Designer Outlet, Taste Of Dublin, Taste of Christmas, Galway Races, Curragh Racecourse, Bloom Pheonix Park, Various Shopping Centres and UTV Business Awards”.
